Project Controls
Anvil's Project Controls Group supports the project team in developing the project's scope, schedule, and budget. We also provide total installed cost (TIC) estimates that incorporate local pricing and labor productivity, using phase-appropriate estimating methodologies (factored or quantity based).
Project Progress
Once we set the project baseline, our team monitors project progress and performance using earned value methodology and work processes, a suite of Anvil's Integrated Project Controls System (IPCS) which consists of highly efficient custom MS SQL applications, and 3rd party scheduling software.
Change Management
Change Management is an important aspect of our business. We
want to provide only those products and services that our clients
want-and our tools and work processes provide the visibility
necessary to ensure that this happens.
Reporting via IPCS is extremely flexible and truly
fit-for-purpose. When existing and commonly used reports don't meet
a client's needs, IPCS programmers can quickly provide custom
reports based on their specifications. IPCS also provides a
sophisticated search and summary engine (Find Tool) that allows
users to query data based on their specifically defined criterion.
The resulting data is easily exported to Excel.
We have extensive experience working with 3rd party auditing
companies, such as IPA (Independent Project Analysis, Inc.), to
ensure we achieve the results our client's require.
