Advanced Manufacturing

Critical Minerals

Anvil supports critical minerals clients across the full mining and processing lifecycle. From underground infrastructure to process facility engineering, our teams bring technical depth to one of the most demanding sectors in the built environment. Critical minerals, the federally defined list of 60+ materials including rare earth elements, are central to the energy transition, and Anvil is positioned to support clients operating in this space.

Balance of Plant

At the process facility level, Anvil engineers the utility and support systems that keep operations running; water treatment, compressed air, power distribution, cooling, and more. Our BOP expertise is a core capability applicable to mineral processing facilities across commodities.

Process Optimization

Anvil works with operating mines to identify and implement engineering improvements that increase throughput, reduce downtime, and lower operating costs. We are currently engaged with clients on process optimization scopes.

BEHIND THE METER

Behind the Meter Power Generation

Anvil designs and engineers on-site generation systems for data center clients, reduces grid dependency and provides the reliable, dispatchable power that Mission Critical facilities require. Our power generation experience includes behind-the-meter and captive power plants for microgrid and island configurations, often integrated with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to support the needs of hyperscale and edge data center operations.
