Client Challenge:
The client required the design of a new fuels testing laboratory and demolition of the existing laboratory facilities and associated utility infrastructure, including open and closed drain systems, 2000 septic tank tie-in and storm water drainage system.
Anvil Solution:
Our team determined routing of oily water, sewer and septic systems based on utility sizing. We performed analysis of foundations for buildings and equipment, and modified site drainage, grading, security fencing and parking.
Results:
The new laboratory building was completed on time and to the client’s specifications and needs. The layout and access to the laboratory was improved and a new parking lot was installed, along with security fencing, and surveillance cameras.
