Hybrid Office Work – We understand the importance of a flexible, work-life balance. Our voluntary Hybrid Office Work (HOW) program lets you work remotely from home a couple of days a week and in the office the other days of the week to engage with employees and teams. You can even participate in our Work from Anywhere (WFA) program that gives you the flexibility to work from a location of your choice for up to four weeks each year.

Comprehensive Health – We take care of our employees with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. Our medical plan includes access to healthcare, whether at a location or via telehealth. Our dental plan allows for two annual cleanings, along with basic X-rays and a dental exam every year. Our vision coverage includes benefits for routine eye exams and hardware. Replace your lenses annually and get new frames every two years.

You can also contribute a portion of your pre-tax paychecks to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for health and/or dependent care expenses.

Life Insurance – Enjoy peace of mind with a generous life insurance policy, including an additional Accidental Death & Dismemberment benefit. You can also purchase additional voluntary life insurance for yourself or eligible dependents.

Short/Long-Term Disability – Take up to 12 weeks of family medical leave once you reach eligibility as a full-time employee. New parents can also use short-term disability for time off to bond with their babies. Long-term disability can be used to replace a portion of your income if you were to become sick or injured and unable to work. Anvil also supports state paid family medical leave programs.
